After three editions held online, the 31st edition of our European Biomass Conference & Exhibition will be a real, in-person event, in Bologna.

EUBCE is the largest biomass conference and exhibition in the world that brings together the greatest minds and latest advancements in biomass, with the aim of accelerating research and market uptake across the globe.

This year, one of the key topics of EUBCE will focus on biomethane production and market dynamics. For this reason, the GreenMeUp project will attend the Conference and disseminate its main objectives with several D&C activities during the week.

GreenMeUp will be presented in Topic n.2, “Sustainability, impacts and policies“, during the poster session “Biomass strategies and policies“, a session focused on biomass strategies and policies in Europe and other regions of the world, for supporting a transition to greener economies. The poster presentation will be on Tuesday, the 6th of June, 16:15 – 17:15.

GreenMeUp will also participate and contribute in the SUPEERA Project Workshop “Delivering on REPowerEU: bringing research and industry closer to accelerate innovation and uptake of biomethane“, where research-industry cooperation practices and opportunities to accelerate innovation in the biomethane/biogas sector will be discussed, and their replicability potential across Europe will be explored. The workshop will be on Thursday, the 8th of June, 09:00 – 13:00.
